Rapid Development
Ship the highest-value version within clear constraints. You bring a budget and timeline. I help decide what fits - and what doesn't. Ruthless prioritisation, only what matters first.
- Design: Functional first, polish later if it proves necessary
- Best for: Early MVPs, testing ideas, speed over perfection
Discovery First
I spend 1–2 weeks understanding the problem, goals, constraints, and trade-offs before anything is built. The outcome is a clear scope and a fixed-price proposal.
- Best for: Larger projects, higher risk, need for cost certainty
- Note: Part of the fee is credited toward the build if you proceed
Ready to Build
If you already have requirements or wireframes, I review them, challenge assumptions where needed, and give you an accurate quote.
- Best for: Teams ready to execute, minimal discovery needed
- Note: Scoping fee credited toward build
Prototype & Explore
You have an idea. Not a brief, not a budget - just something you need to see exist. Maybe it's interactive. Maybe it's strange. Maybe you don't know if it's a product yet and that's exactly the point.
- Best for: Creative experiments, interactive concepts, ideas that don't fit standard categories yet
- Investment: Based on what you want to learn, not what you want to build
I prototype fast and dirty - enough to feel it, test it, decide if it's worth pursuing. Just making something real so you can think with it instead of about it.
Rescue & Rework
You (or an AI) built something and hit a wall. Maybe it works but nobody can maintain it. Maybe it's most of the way there and stuck. I take it over, make it solid, and get it the rest of the way.
- Best for: Vibe-coded or AI-built apps that outgrew their setup, half-finished builds, inherited code
- Note: Priced after a look - I need to see what's there before I can scope it
