- Sixty minutes to understand the situation, consider the options and find a concrete way forward
After
- When it would genuinely help, I send a short recap of the key thoughts and agreed next steps. A formal written assessment is not required after every conversation
If the situation needs a deeper plan or implementation, we can discuss that separately. You are not required to buy anything after the conversation.

Yes, when it would help. I can stay alongside you or your team for a defined period, helping with decisions and keeping the work moving. We agree the scope and price separately.
What if I already know exactly what I want?
If you have a clear brief, budget range and timeframe, send them over. A short project-fit check may be all you need before moving straight to a proposal.
Do I have to buy anything afterwards?
No. The conversation is a complete service. If useful, you can continue with me, another specialist or on your own.
