Custom websites usually start around €3,500. This route is for projects where a distinctive visual concept, content structure and functionality need to be developed together as one system. The design may be created by me or developed in collaboration with a specialist designer, depending on what the project needs.

How I choose the setup
Simple and durable
Often Astro with a suitable content system
For most content-led websites, I favour a fast setup with fewer moving parts, little routine maintenance and low running costs.
Flexible when the site needs more machinery
Often WordPress or another established platform
For mature booking, publishing, course or membership needs, an established system can solve more. I weigh that convenience against its ongoing updates and maintenance.
The decision comes down to who will update the site, what it must connect to, how often it changes and what will be easiest for you to own.

Can I update the site myself?
Yes. I choose a content system that fits the people who will use it, then show you how it works before handover.
What if I already have a design?
I can build from a design created by you or another designer. I will review how complete it is, identify anything that still needs resolving and scope the build according to its structure, interactions and technical requirements.
What about SEO?
A sound technical foundation is included: clean structure, metadata, performance and crawlability. If the project needs ongoing search strategy or specialist content work, I will identify that separately.
What will you need from me?
Your goals, the material you already have and access to the person who can make decisions. I will make the process and content responsibilities clear before the work begins.
What happens after launch?
You receive training and an agreed period of support. Continued care is available when useful, but there is no required ongoing arrangement.
