NT Partneriai is a boutique real estate agency in Vilnius operating under the Capital Pro brand - long established, selling at the premium end of the market. They needed a website that matched the calibre of the properties they sell and converted visitors into leads.
The Brief
The agency serves a multilingual clientele — Lithuanian, Russian, and English-speaking buyers and investors. The site needed to work across all three audiences while keeping the experience clean and premium. Lead generation was the primary goal: property valuation requests, direct broker contact, and enquiries on new developments.
What Was Delivered
A custom WordPress theme built from scratch — no page builder, no off-the-shelf template. The design centres around the two founding partners, foregrounding their credentials and personal contact details rather than hiding the team behind a generic agency facade.
Key pages include a full services overview across six practice areas — brokerage, investment, property management, commercial land search, buyer representation, and developer services — a filterable property showcase, an integrated property valuation tool, and a blog.
The site launched in Lithuanian with full English and Russian versions, all managed through a single WordPress install.

The agency updates listings and blog content in three languages, week in, week out - that rules out a static build. And an off-the-shelf theme with a page builder would have buckled under the multilingual structure and slowed the site down. A hand-built theme with WPML keeps daily editing easy for the brokers and the front end fast for the buyers.
