Uptrend Estates manages residential properties for London landlords — full-service management, HMO licensing, maintenance coordination, and compliance. Their differentiator is a fee model that charges monthly after essential costs rather than upfront.
The Problem
Property management is a trust business. The site needed to communicate competence and transparency clearly to landlords who’ve often had bad experiences elsewhere.
What I Built
A WordPress marketing site covering four service areas, client testimonials, and a consultation booking flow. Membership body logos (MyDeposits, Client Money Protect, Property Redress Scheme) surfaced prominently — the kind of trust signals that matter in this sector.
Clean, professional, nothing that overpromises.
Why WordPress
The team edits service pages, testimonials, and compliance details themselves, and whoever they hire for marketing next will already know the tool. WordPress is the boring, correct answer for that. The differentiation lives in the copy and the trust signals, not in the technology - spending the budget on a fancier stack would have bought them nothing a landlord can see.
