A training platform for the Lithuanian Association of Social Workers (LSDA), delivering EU-funded professional development programmes - 160-hour trainings for people working with children, families, and at-risk individuals across Lithuanian regions.
The Problem
This is not a public course marketplace. Participants join by invitation as part of a funded programme, and the funding comes with accountability: who participated, how far they progressed, what the programme delivered. Most learning platforms are built around open registration - here, access and reporting had to work differently.
What I Built
A custom CMS solution shaped around the programme’s structure: invitation-only access instead of open signups, structured course delivery, and in-depth analytics on participation and progress for programme reporting.
Why Custom
The available platforms were overengineered for this job - big systems full of features the programme would never use. It was easier to build the right thing than to bend one of them into shape. Just as importantly, it had to stay simple for the administrators running it day to day: a clear tool they can operate without training, not a system to fight.
